Our Story
For years, I had the joy of owning a bridal shop and helping women find something beautiful to wear for some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Now, as I begin my retirement, I find myself surrounded by beautiful gowns and formal dresses that still have so much life—and love—left in them.
At the same time, I kept seeing animal shelters and rescues struggling to raise the funds they desperately need. Animals need food, shelter, medical care, and, most of all, someone willing to stand up for them. I wanted to help every shelter I came across, but the truth was, I couldn’t possibly donate to them all.
Then I had an idea:
What if the dresses could help?
And that’s how She Shed Yes! was born.
Instead of allowing beautiful dresses to sit unused, I wanted to give them a new purpose—one that helps animal lovers support the shelter or rescue closest to their hearts. When you make a minimum donation of $25 directly to the animal organization of your choice, She Shed Yes gives you the opportunity to choose a dress as our thank-you.
And when enough of us say YES, those small acts of kindness can grow into something truly meaningful.
There is no maximum. Measure with your heart.

Donation Rules & How It Works
1. CHOOSE YOUR ANIMAL ORGANIZATION
Choose an animal shelter or rescue organization that you would like to support.
Your organization must be a legitimate charitable animal shelter or rescue.
2. MAKE YOUR DONATION
Make your donation directly to your chosen organization.
3. SAVE YOUR DONATION CONFIRMATION
Keep your donation receipt, confirmation email, or other proof of donation.
4. SUBMIT YOUR CONFIRMATION
Follow the instructions on the She Shed Yes website to submit proof of your qualifying donation.
5. CHOOSE YOUR DRESS
Once your donation has been verified, you may select one available dress from the She Shed Yes collection.
The dress is provided as a thank-you gift for your qualifying donation.
